Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers within 24 hours of booking.
Validity: The attraction ticket is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. The Hop-On, Hop-Off ticket can be redeemed on the booked travel date or any date before it.

Please be aware that the cruise tickets are not digital. A printed copy of the ticket will be required to access the river cruise at the pier. You will receive your cruise ticket once you board the bus.
The duration of the pass starts at the moment of redemption and you can use it for an unlimited number of times until the pass is no longer valid.
The walking tours are accessible from your smartphone. For more information you can contact our local activity staff.

Please note that rooftop terrace is accessible by stairs only and might not be accessible for people with mobility issues.
This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used at any time during your stay in Paris.

The last elevator up is 30 minutes before closing time.
